PERIMENOPAUSE HEALTH COACHING FOR WOMEN IN THEIR 40S

Your body changed.
Nobody sent the update.

I am Nisha. I coach women over 40 who are in perimenopause or postmenopause, on food, stress, sleep and movement, and on the belly fat that arrived while the routine stayed exactly the same.

The Decoder is free and takes about ten minutes. You will need a ChatGPT account to open it, and a free account is enough.

Which one of these is yours?

Pick the one that sounds most like your week. Nothing to fill in, nothing to sign up for.

I go to bed tired and wake up tired.

Sleep quality changes before sleep length does. You may be waking at three in the morning, or sleeping right through and still not feeling rested. Either way it shows up the next day in appetite, in patience, and in how much you recover from the day before.

At four in the afternoon I want sugar. At nine I want it again.

How much protein was in lunch, how long the gap was before it, and how much stress sat in between all shape what four in the afternoon feels like. It is rarely decided at four o'clock.

My clothes sit differently around the middle, and nothing about how I eat has changed.

Perimenopause can change body composition and fat distribution even when eating and activity have not changed. That is a recognised change, and it is not a sign that you have let something slip.

I have tried harder. I have tried easing off. The waistband did not care either way.

When effort stops producing the result it used to, the easiest conclusion is that you are the problem. Sleep, stress, appetite, routines, strength and hormonal change all affect what feels manageable.

Not sure which one is yours?

The Decoder asks seven questions and tells you.

Start here. Both of these are free.

You do not have to book anything to get something useful today.

ABOUT NISHA

I got here the same way.

My forties arrived and my body stopped doing what I told it. I put on weight without changing how I ate. I was tired in a way that sleep did not fix.

So I did what you have probably been doing. I ate less. I walked more. I told myself I was being lazy about it.

Then I went and trained properly. Nutrition first, then stress, sleep and recovery, then the psychology of why people cannot stick to things. I did it because I wanted an answer and could not find one anywhere.

Notes on perimenopause.

Start with the part that costs nothing.

The Decoder asks seven questions and gives you one thing to change about your food, one thing to do, and a plan for the next seven days. If it helps, we can talk about the programme after that.
