You’re used to getting on with things.

You make decisions, look after people and keep life moving. You care about your health, too.

You want enough energy for the things you enjoy—and to feel comfortable in your own body while you do them.

And somewhere along the way, your own body stopped behaving like yours.

What that actually looks like on a Tuesday

You go to bed tired and wake up tired. Even after a full night in bed, you don’t always feel rested.

At four in the afternoon you want sugar. At nine you want it again.

Something small annoys you, and the size of your own reaction surprises you.

Your clothes sit differently around the middle, and nothing about how you eat has changed.

You have tried harder. You have tried easing off. The waistband did not care either way.

Underneath all of it sits one question you cannot put down. Why now?

What you want your days to feel like.

To reduce the belly fat that has been bothering you, and feel comfortable in your clothes again.

To sleep through, and wake up with something in the tank.

To get past four in the afternoon without hunting for sugar.

To put your clothes on and then think about something else all day.

To understand your habits and have practical changes you can keep doing.

Changes that fit the life you actually live.

You have been trying. You deserve useful support.

It is easy to start blaming yourself.

When you are putting in effort and your clothes still feel different, it is easy to decide you must be doing something wrong. We look at your eating habits, sleep, stress and movement together. Then we choose practical changes, notice how you respond and adjust as we go.

If you have ever changed twice in front of the wardrobe and then put the first thing back on, you already know what this programme is about.

I am Nisha, and I got here the same way.

My forties arrived and my body stopped doing what I told it. I put on weight without changing how I ate. I stopped wanting to see people. I was tired in a way that sleep did not fix.

So I did what you have probably been doing. I ate less. I walked more. I told myself I was being lazy about it.

Then I was out on a walk listening to Burnout by Emily and Amelia Nagoski. It made me look more closely at stress and sleep alongside food and exercise. I stopped in the street.

Nobody had told me. Not one person.

Nisha, founder of MasterLife

So I went and trained properly. Nutrition first, then stress, sleep and recovery, then the psychology of why people cannot stick to things. I did not do it for a career change. I did it because I wanted an answer and could not find one anywhere.

Introducing

Midlife Belly Melt Solution

Twelve weeks, online, in a group of women in the same season. A structured weekly programme built around MELT, with coaching to help you put what you learn into practice.

Onboarding begins 18 January 2027. Enrolment closes 15 January 2027.

A shared programme. Support for your own situation.

We follow a structured weekly programme built around MELT. In your coaching calls, we look at how it applies to your life—what you are finding difficult, what is working and what you can adjust.

The weekly teaching has a clear sequence. Personalisation happens in coaching, where we work through your own routines and circumstances.

Support to put what you learn into practice.

The MELT framework: four connected areas of work.

M — Mind your stress

Notice where stress shows up in your day and practise ways to respond. We work on habits you can use during a busy afternoon, around meals and when it is time to wind down.

E — Elevate your sleep

Sleep quality changes before sleep length does. We reshape the evening instead: dinner earlier, lighter and protein-forward, a wind-down that actually works, and a bedroom set up so you stay asleep. Nothing here asks you to go to bed at a time you cannot keep.

L — Love your gut

More fibre, without the bloating that usually comes with it. A simple plate you can picture anywhere, food eaten in an order that steadies your energy, and the everyday habits that keep digestion comfortable. No elimination diet and no counting.

T — Tone your body

Muscle is the part most midlife plans leave out. Short, gentle strength sessions that build week by week, on top of the walking you already have. This is about how your body holds itself and how strong you feel, not about a number on a scale. I will say when it is worth bringing in a qualified fitness professional.

How the four areas work together

We begin with stress and build from there. These four areas connect, so changes you make early on often start helping your sleep, your eating and your energy before we get to them.

What working together looks like.

Your private kickoff call

A private call to discuss your situation and how to put the programme into practice.

Six group coaching calls, 90 minutes each

We meet every two weeks. Bring your questions and the week you actually had. We discuss what is working, what feels difficult and what you can adjust. Ninety minutes, and I would rather run over than leave your question for next time.

Private progress reviews

A private review halfway through, and a private call at the end. One-on-one coaching on how your progress has actually been going. Together with your kickoff and group calls, that is nine coaching calls.

Community and weekly check-ins

A Slack community, with weekly check-ins to keep you going between calls. I answer on business days, 9am to 5pm Perth, Australia.

Programme materials and recordings

Programme materials and group-call recordings are yours for one year from the programme start date.

The Hybrid option - group coaching with one-on-one support

You get the whole group programme. The six group coaching calls, the private calls, the Slack community, the weekly check-ins, the materials and the recordings. Nothing is taken out.

Then you get more one-on-one coaching.

Four additional private calls across the twelve weeks, on top of the private calls everyone gets. Your questions, your situation, no audience.

WhatsApp. A direct line to me while the programme is running. Ask the question the day it comes up. I answer on business days, 9am to 5pm Perth, Australia.

Some questions are easier to ask when it is just the two of us. This is where you ask them.

You can bring the week you actually had.

Including the afternoon that went sideways, the meal you skipped and the change that was harder than you expected. Those are useful things to bring to coaching. We use them to discuss what you can adjust next.

A circle of four stages: coaching conversation, action in everyday life, check-in, adjustment, and back round to the coaching conversation.

Is this the support you have been looking for?

Eat less. Move more. You have heard it, and you have done it.

Nobody asked what your week actually looks like.

That is where I start.

When your body will not cooperate. I build the plan around the body you have now. A bad knee, four hours of sleep, a week with no time in it - you tell me, and we change what that week asks of you.

When the week goes wrong. That is the week most women go quiet. Bring it to me instead. I will not tell you to start again on Monday. We find the one thing you can still do, and you go from there.

When you do not know what is happening. Ask me why your body is doing this and you get a straight answer in plain words. When it is outside what a coach should answer, I say so and tell you who to ask.

When you need people who already get it. Other women in the same season, in the same group, for twelve weeks. You describe the afternoon and nobody asks you to explain why it matters.

You are not handed a plan that was built for somebody else.

Your questions, answered.

When does the programme start and finish?

Onboarding begins on 18 January 2027. The 12 coaching weeks begin on 25 January and finish on 18 April. Enrolment closes on 15 January, so there is time to get settled before we begin.

How many coaching calls are included?

Group coaching includes nine calls. Six are group coaching calls of 90 minutes, every two weeks, and I stay on until the questions are answered. That is 9+ hours of group coaching. Three are private calls, one-on-one with me: one before you start, one halfway through, and one at the end. The Hybrid option adds four more private calls across the twelve weeks. That makes thirteen calls in total.

What if I miss a group call?

Group calls are recorded, so you can catch up afterwards. Group calls take place at the scheduled time and cannot be rescheduled individually. You keep access to the programme materials and group-call recordings for one year from the programme start date.

How do I get support between calls?

Everyone has the Slack community and weekly check-ins. The Hybrid option also includes WhatsApp. I answer on business days, 9am to 5pm Perth, Australia. Bring the week you actually had, including the questions you think are small.

Will I lose belly fat?

Reducing belly fat is what we are working towards. We look at everyday habits around food, stress, sleep and movement, and use coaching to help you make changes you can keep doing. Your response and pace will be individual. I cannot promise a particular weight, waist measurement or result by a certain date.

Is this programme right for me?

This programme is for women over 40 in perimenopause who want support with their everyday habits. The nutrition approach is vegetarian, and includes dairy and eggs. We follow a structured weekly programme; your coaching calls are where we look at your own circumstances. Movement guidance includes short, gentle strength sessions that build week by week, which you do on your own, on top of the walking you already have. Medical treatment and supervised exercise training sit outside this programme.

How do payment and refunds work?

Pay in full by Sunday 10 January 2027 and you get 40% off with the code FOUND40. Full prices apply from 11 to 15 January.

You can ask for a full refund any time before the programme starts on 18 January 2027. That means up to 11:59pm on 17 January. No questions, and no explaining yourself. After the programme starts, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply. Read the Terms of Service for details.
